I was originally born and raised in Long Island New York by both my parents who immigrated to the USA from Aberdeen Scotland, making me a first generation American.
My family relocated to New Port Richey Florida in early 1979 and I started my business later that same year. At that time this area was undergoing tremendous growth and there was only three other wedding photographers. There was plenty of work for everyone and I quickly honed my skills and learned how to work quickly and politely in a very organized fashion. I was averaging two to three weddings a week back in those days. I quickly began to network with other wedding vendors and my business grew and grew.
Since that time I have photographed thousands of couples in every possible setting imaginable, whether at one of Tampa Bay’s many upscale Golf and Country Clubs or at one of our beautiful water front venues such as Rusty Pelican, Hunter’s Green, Safety Harbor Spa, Clearwater Hilton or the Sheraton Sand Key. I have had the privilege of photographing weddings at such locations as the A La Carte Event Pavilion, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Ritz Carlton, Clearwater Country Club, Lange Farm, Disney World, Palace Grand, Heritage Springs, Seven Springs and the family owned Spartan Manor, as well as many other West Central Florida wedding locations.
I pride myself on highly personalized service, top quality commercial products and professionally printed color corrected images utilizing traditional chemistry processes on Kodak professional paper. I will never sell you a one-hour lab print or a consumer grade album. We carry a wide variety of formal wedding albums in a variety of sizes and colors to meet every price point. All of our albums carry a lifetime guarantee too. We’ll also happily design a custom package for you based on your inputs and budget.
Most of our packages include Unlimited Time, Proof Album, High Quality Leather Formal Album, Website, Engagement Session, CD and loose candid images for framing. I do dress in a Tuxedo unless requested otherwise and always carry spare equipment.
